Tania Jones, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering and power systems, currently serving as the Director of ET Asset Management at Dominion Energy. With a robust background at Dominion Energy, Tania has held multiple roles including Vice President of Interconnection at Convergent Energy and Power, Senior Manager in Electric Transmission Planning, and Manager of Electric Transmission Area Planning. Tania's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, Tania began a career at Dominion Energy as a Graduate Engineering Intern focusing on Electric Transmission Operations Engineering and gained research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech.
