Richard Freedman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in electrical project design, utility design, and field research. Currently serving as a Customer Project Designer II at Dominion since April 2017, Richard specializes in designing various electrical projects, including overhead to underground conversions. Additionally, Richard plays a key role as a Joint Use Designer at Timmons Group, liaising with multiple partners and managing design projects in compliance with National Electrical Safety Code. Previous roles include Crew Chief at Dutton and Associates and multiple positions as a Field Technician, where Richard gained expertise in conducting surveys and managing work crews. Richard holds a GIS Graduate Certification from the University of North Dakota, a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Hunter College, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from the University of Connecticut.
