Hesen Liu is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer III at Dominion Energy since December 2016. Prior to this role, Hesen Liu worked at China Southern Power Grid as an EMS Engineer and Supervisor from July 2005 to May 2012. Hesen Liu holds a Ph.D. in Power Systems and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North China Electric Power University.
