Jenny Evelius currently serves as EVP and Head of HR at Dometic, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jenny was VP People at Securitas Group from August 2020 to December 2022. Experience also includes serving as Group HR Director at Fagerhult Group from August 2013 to August 2020, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at EF Education First from January 2007 to July 2013, overseeing global HR for a 35,000-employee organization. Earlier roles included Senior Development Manager at AB Electrolux, focusing on leadership development, and Executive Search Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, where Jenny established practices in the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors in the Nordic region. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, completed in 1993.
