Dawn Sharer has over 30 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services) since October 2014. Prior to this role, Dawn Sharer held the position of Human Resources Manager at DAIS and served as the Human Resources Director at the YMCA of Dane County from January 1982 to October 2014.
