Chris Mikkelson is a distinguished professional in distributed systems engineering, currently serving as a Distinguished Distributed Systems Engineer and Manager at DomainTools since January 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held key positions at Farsight Security, Inc. from February 2015 to December 2021, where contributions included Distinguished and Senior Distributed Systems Engineer roles. Chris also worked at CenturyLink for nearly 15 years, rising from Staff Internet Systems Engineer to Lead Architect. Earlier experience includes a role as Internet Systems Engineer at U S WEST and Systems Administrator at the Minnesota Supercomputing Institute. Chris earned a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota between 1994 and 1999.
