Karolina Kondrat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnerships, marketing, and client services. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at Domaine since January 2022, Karolina leads strategic initiatives to enhance the company's global partner program and drive revenue growth. Previously, Karolina held various leadership roles at Satel Creative, including Director of Client Services and Associate Director of Marketing & Partnerships, where responsibilities encompassed client management and project success. Earlier positions included marketing coordination at New York Institute of Technology, sales support at ACI Brands, and brand representation at Match Marketing Group. Karolina holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Digital Enterprise Management from the University of Toronto, along with additional certifications in Digital Communications and Digital Marketing.
