Harish Rupakula is an experienced environmental engineer currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Dolphin Energy since September 2006, where responsibilities include providing environmental expertise and advising on environmental issues at the Ras Laffan gas production plant. Prior to this role, Harish worked at Chevron Pacific Indonesia from December 2004 to September 2006 as an Environmental Engineer, focusing on waste management and remediation projects. Earlier experience includes a position as Deputy Manager at Engineers India Limited from August 1994 to December 2004, where Harish was involved in preparing design basis and process packages. Harish holds a Master of Technology in Environmental Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, completed in 1994, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Nagpur University, earned in 1991.
