Hervé Rousselle has a wealth of experience in various roles related to innovation funding. Hervé is currently serving as the Head of Innovation Funding at Groupe DOLIAM, starting from June 2022. Prior to this, Hervé worked at Bpifrance for a significant portion of their career. At Bpifrance, they held the positions of Chargé d'affaires innovation from March 2011 to June 2022 and Chargé d'affaires Innovation TIC from September 2007 to February 2011. Before joining Bpifrance, Hervé worked at Oseo as a Chef de projets from June 2005 to August 2007. Their career started at Anvar, where they served as a Chef de projets from an unspecified date in 1997 until 2005.

Hervé Rousselle started their education journey in 1995 at the Université de Tours, where they pursued a Maitrise degree in Biologie Cellulaire et Electro-physiologie. Hervé successfully completed this program in 1996. Then, in 1997, Hervé attended the Pierre and Marie Curie University, where they pursued a Dess CISTEM degree in Communication technique et scientifique. Hervé completed this program in 1998.
