Francesco Bellieni has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of supply chain and procurement. Francesco began their career as a Data Operator at AIRBRAVO srl in 2009 and 2010. Later, they worked as an Intern at Dezan Shira & Associates, where they gained experience in consulting and business development. Following this, they joined HUGO BOSS and held various roles, including Procurement Finished Goods and Production Planner Merchandise.
In 2013, Bellieni interned at HUGO BOSS' Sourcing Office in Asia, where they were involved in supplier screening, negotiation, and collaboration improvement. Francesco then moved on to work at Brooks Brothers, serving as Director Global Supply Chain and overseeing strategic planning, production management, and supply chain coordination.
In 2021, as a result of a company acquisition, Bellieni transitioned to SPARC Group LLC and maintained their position as Director Global Supply Chain for Brooks Brothers. Francesco also established the organizational structure in Hong Kong to support the company's brands.
Bellieni further expanded their expertise by joining Werfen as a Supply Chain intern, where they conducted logistics analysis and proposed innovative solutions for process improvement.
In 2022, they joined SDA Bocconi as a Field Project & Lecturer, participating in the Procurement Lab and contributing to research projects on Global Markets and Sustainability in Supply Chains.
Currently, Bellieni holds the position of Head of Industrial Planning & Innovation at DOLCE&GABBANA, where they are responsible for managing industrial processes, production planning, and ensuring on-time delivery while meeting quality standards. Francesco leads a team of 15 and oversees an organization of 100 people.
Francesco Bellieni has a diverse education history. Francesco obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SDA Bocconi in 2022. In 2019, they attended a course on Building High-Performing Teams at Cornell University. Francesco also holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Università Bocconi, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Francesco further enhanced their skills by attending a course on E-Marketing and E-Commerce Advanced at the National University of Singapore in 2011. Prior to their master's degree, Francesco completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Università Bocconi from 2007 to 2010. Their educational journey started with a focus on Science, as they completed their high school education in 2007 at Liceo Scientifico "F. Enriques." Additionally, Francesco has obtained several certifications, including BEC Higher C1 from the University of Cambridge in 2012, Diplôme de français professionnel B1 (DFP B1) from CCIP in 2012, and the European Computer Driving License (ECDL) from the ECDL Foundation in 2007.
