Natasha Tuck is an accomplished professional with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainability & ESG at Dolby Laboratories since December 2022, Natasha previously held similar roles at VMware from April 2015 to December 2022, culminating in the position of Director. Natasha's career includes key contributions at Urban Fabrick, Inc. as a Senior Associate, and as Marketing Head at PulpWorks, Inc. Additionally, Natasha founded PointBe Consulting, focusing on helping companies enhance their sustainability processes. Natasha also served as Marketing Committee Chair for La Scuola and led sales and business development at Capay Valley Farm Shop. Natasha's earlier experience includes consulting for Vetrazzo and program management at Shorenstein Company, along with account management roles at iBuilding. Natasha holds an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and a BA in Sociology from Mills College.
