Lauren A. Glover Poindexter serves as the Senior Manager of Communications & People Experience at Dolby Laboratories since September 2016, where notable contributions include founding and leading Obsidian, Dolby's Black Employee Network, and enhancing employee engagement through innovative internal communications strategies. Previously, Lauren held the role of Strategic Communications Consultant at Blue Beyond Consulting, managing employee communication initiatives impacting over 10,000 employees globally, and directing event logistics and engagement analysis. Early career experiences include leading a digital redesign for the Women’s Community Clinic at New Sector Alliance and advising on financial accessibility initiatives at Dartmouth College during a period of strategic budget management. Lauren holds a B.A. in Linguistics & Neuroscience from Dartmouth College.
