Alex Gorman is a corporate attorney with extensive experience in corporate governance, securities, and finance. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Dolby Laboratories since October 2022, Alex focuses on corporate governance, SEC filings, compliance, investor relations, and executive compensation. Previously, as Corporate Counsel at Palantir Technologies, Alex advised on finance and corporate governance matters, playing a key role during the company's public listing on the NYSE in 2020. Earlier experience includes positions at Goodwin and Hogan Lovells, where Alex specialized in corporate finance and represented sponsors in finance transactions, particularly in clean energy. Alex's career began at Herzan LLC in sales and marketing, complemented by a legal internship at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Alex holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Japanese from Stanford University.
