Joel Tosi is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in product development and IT strategy. As a Co-Founder of Dojo & Co since January 2017, Joel focuses on enhancing organizations' product delivery capabilities through immersive learning environments. In addition, Joel serves as Principal at Red Green Innovate, collaborating with CIOs and CTOs to optimize organizational structures and strategies for faster market responsiveness. Previous roles include Senior Solutions Architect at JBoss, where Joel led efforts in the Western North America region, and Technology Architect at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, where Joel was involved in Agile transformation initiatives. Joel's earlier experience includes roles as a Software Engineer and Consultant, complemented by a BS degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
