Ozias is a seasoned M&E practitioner with over 10 years' of experience working in the NGO sector. He has vast experience in designing M&E systems such as project log frames using the Theory of Change Model among others, M&E results framework and Key Performance Indicator tracking systems. His wide experience spans in designing, implementing, and strengthening M&E systems from Food Security, HIV programming, Social Protection, Orphans, and vulnerable children (OVC), Economic Strengthening and Child protection.
His knowledge with M&E stretches far and wide across a range of international funding systems such as UNICEF, WPF, PEPFAR funded programmes through USAID and CDC.
Ozias is also a seasoned researcher with skills in both qualitative as well as quantitative data collection methods, his skill spread ranges from designing tools, collecting data, consolidation, cleaning, analysis, and report writing. Ozias is also versed with statistical data collection and analysis packages such as STATA, CS-PRO, SPSS, MS Excel and has sound working knowledge with other online data collection platforms such as Google-forms, Ms-Forms, Monkey Survey and Kobo collect.
