Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in business management and nutrition. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Mariana also holds a position as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university courses on applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at an occupational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana's educational background includes a Diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
