Justus Kienert serves as the Global Head of Commercial Excellence at ¶Ùö³ó±ô±ð°ù³Ò°ù´Ç³Ü±è since April 2021, focusing on the development of the Global Commercial Excellence Organization and the implementation of digital processes and AI use cases. Prior to this role, Justus held several positions at Evonik from November 2011 to April 2021, including Head of Digitalization for Business Line Care Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed global digital strategy and the creation of an integrated online shop. Earlier experience includes roles as Global Marketing Manager for Home Care, Business Coach for Marketing & Sales Excellence, and Manager of Process & Performance Management within Evonik, along with consultancy work at PPV AG and Progressive Recruitment. Justus began professional career with a focus on supply chain management during an internship at Evonik and holds degrees in Business Administration from IU International University and the University of Brighton.
