Laura Cook is currently serving as an Affiliate Assistant Professor at The University of British Columbia. Prior to this, Laura held positions as a Senior Research Officer at The Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity and the University of Melbourne. In addition to their academic roles, Laura has been a Military Officer - Reservist in the Australian Army since 2008. Laura has experience in planning and executing training activities, preparing individuals for overseas deployments, and leading groups of personnel. Laura's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Immunology and a BSc(Hons) in Medical Microbiology and Immunology; Pharmacology from UNSW.
