Heather Keough (Sumpter) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as an SBA Portfolio Manager at Dogwood State Bank since August 2023, Heather previously held the position of SBA Portfolio Manager II at BankUnited from June 2020 to August 2023.
