Laura Dooley, MHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within the HR domain. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Doggett Freightliner since February 2019, Laura has previously held key HR positions at C&J Energy Services, Signet Maritime Corporation, and within the United States Air Force, among others. Laura's expertise includes developing and implementing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and advising on employee relations and training programs. Laura holds a Master of HR in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/HR Management from the University of Maryland University College.
