Kristina Shiroka currently serves as the Vice President of Merchandising & Planning at Dôen, a position held since October 2018, after advancing from Senior Director of Merchandising & Planning. Shiroka's extensive background in the fashion retail sector encompasses multiple roles at THE OUTNET.COM, including Senior Buyer for Designer RTW and various buying positions, as well as experience at NET-A-PORTER.COM as Senior Retail Coordinator for Footwear. Early career roles include Web Merchandiser at Vivre and Program Assistant at EcoVentures International. Kristina Shiroka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Policy from Colby College, gained between 2004 and 2008.
