Sean Gaffney currently serves as the Quality Control and Continuous Improvement Manager at Dodge Industrial, Inc. since September 2016. Prior to this role, Sean held positions as a Quality Engineer and Quality Technician at Baldor Electric Company, a member of the ABB Group, from October 2014 to September 2016. Before entering the industrial sector, Sean worked in education as a Secondary Education Teacher for Buncombe County Schools, focusing on Mathematics and Occupational Preparation, and also served as a Bus Driver. Earlier experience includes a role as a Bike Mechanic at UNC Asheville, overseeing bike fleets. Sean earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
