Chris Hoyle has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades in various managerial roles. Chris'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Human Resources at Dodge Industrial, Inc., where they oversee all aspects of HR, including benefits, payroll, training and development, recruiting, and staffing. Prior to this, they worked at ABB Motors and Mechanical Inc. as the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering/CI Manager and later as the General Product Manager for Power Transmission Components. At Baldor Electric Company, they held multiple roles, including General Product Manager for Low Voltage Motors, Director of Manufacturing for NEMA Motors, and Plant Manager for different manufacturing facilities. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to lead and manage large teams, handle P&L responsibilities, and drive strategic vision and growth.
Chris Hoyle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Montreat College in 1996. Chris later completed their MBA in Business from Gardner-Webb University in 2000.
