Zhichao Yang is a Senior Software Engineer at DocuSign since January 2022, where significant achievements include transitioning from a third-party library to an in-house solution, resulting in an 80% reduction in exception counts, and enhancing system reliability, as well as reducing latency in key PDF manipulation steps by 50 through code optimization. Prior to this, Zhichao served as a Software Engineer at Veeva Systems from August 2018 to January 2022, specializing in PDF processing, including PDF to PDFA conversion and editing. Zhichao began the career at Veeva Systems as an Associate Software Engineer and an Intern Software Developer. Zhichao earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Application in Economy & Finance and Computer Science from the University of Toronto between 2013 and 2017.
