Orlaith Keys is an experienced professional in sales enablement and account management, currently serving as Enablement Manager for EMEA Training at DocuSign since March 2020. In this role, Orlaith has developed and implemented a comprehensive three-month onboarding program for new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and has focused on training and educating Sales teams on process improvements and best practices. Prior to DocuSign, Orlaith worked as an Account Manager at One Fab Day and Accenture, where skills in client relationship management and advertising strategy were honed. Early career experiences include roles as a news runner at TV3 Group Ireland and as a voice representative and sales assistant at New Look. Orlaith holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Technological University Dublin.
