Melissa Bruckner has worked in the software and supply chain engineering fields since 1998. Her first role was as an Associate Verification and Validation Engineer at RELA- a Colorado Med-Tech Company in 1998. Melissa then worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Global Commerce Systems and SmartPoint Inc. in 2000. From 2001 to 2014, Melissa held the position of Principal Supply Chain Programmer Analyst at Staples, where they experienced as a Scrum Master and a Lead Tester on a large project combining four order entry systems feeding into one warehouse management system. Melissa also tested Order Management Systems, web based and client server based, and warehouse management systems on a Unix/Linux platform, using Oracle, SQL Plus, C Code and Java. In 2014, Melissa became a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Documoto, Inc., where they implemented an automated testing suite from the ground up using WebdriverIO, created, extended, executed and maintained REST API tests using POSTMAN, and created a manual test suite utilizing Excel and QTest. Melissa also identified and documented issues using JIRA.
Melissa Bruckner obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Business and Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado between 1994 and 1998. Melissa also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification.
