Valentine Foussier has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of design and consulting. In 2013, they worked as a Project Manager at Timecode Lab. Valentine then became an Assistant in Studio and Marketing at Schiaparelli in 2014. In 2015, Valentine worked as a Junior Consultant at DEPUR consulting, where they created restaurant concepts. Valentine also co-founded Mamie Foodie, a catering service, where they developed brand strategy, communication plans, and managed social media content. From 2021 to 2021, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at SILVER FOURCHETTE, where they conducted user research and designed user journeys. In 2022, Valentine joined Cajoo as a Product Designer, and later joined Doctrine.

Valentine Foussier's education history begins with their enrollment in a bootcamp at Ironhack in 2020, where they pursued a degree in UX/UI Design. Prior to this, in 2014, they attended ESCP Business School and completed a master's level degree in Entrepreneurship. From 2009 to 2013, Valentine attended HEC Montréal, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Finance. Valentine also participated in an exchange program at Sogang University in the autumn of 2011. In their earlier years of education, Valentine attended Lycée Fenelon Sainte Marie in France, where they completed their Baccalauréat in Sciences with distinction. As for additional certifications, Valentine obtained a certificate for completing the UX/UI Design Bootcamp at Ironhack in August 2020.
