Lucas Van Viet's work experience starts in 2015 as an M&A and Tax Law Intern at Fidal. In 2017, they worked as a Data Privacy Consultant at Magellan Consulting - Groupe Magellan Partners. Then, in 2018, they were a Growth Marketing Project Manager - Customer Acquisition at Veepee. Lucas joined Wavestone in 2019 and won the First Prize of Handi Cap by Wavestone contest with the project "Y'a D'la Houle"." In 2020, they briefly worked as an Associé at Time for the Planet. Lucas then joined Criteo as a Strategic Project Office Analyst, and later baby vc as a Fellow. In 2020, they started working at Ordoclic as a Product Manager, where they gained experience in B2B and B2C product management, talent acquisition, and collaboration with various teams. In 2022, they moved to Wizebulk as a Product Manager, where they played a critical role in structuring processes and building an MVP for a top player in the shipping industry. Currently, Lucas is working as a Product Manager at Doctrine starting in 2023.
Lucas Van Viet earned their Baccalauréat scientifique in Mathematics from Lycée Chaptal in 2014. Lucas then went on to study at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), where they obtained a Licence de droit in 2015. Lucas continued their education at the same university and completed a Master's degree in Droit des Affaires in 2016, specializing in international business law, commercial law, and tax law. In 2017, Lucas enrolled in the Programme Grande Ecole - MSc in Management at emlyon business school and graduated from the program in 2020. During their time at emlyon, they also attended East China Normal University in 2019, focusing on finance, marketing strategy, and global strategies for emerging markets. Additionally, Lucas obtained various certifications, including Introduction to SQL from DataCamp, Excel 1 and PowerPoint from One day one skill, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, Google Analytics Academy - Beginner Level Certificate, Private Equity and Venture Capital from Université Bocconi, and TOIEC (Test of English for International Communication) with a score of 945 out of 990 from ETS Global.
