Eric Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health analytics and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Doctors of BC since September 2021, Eric has contributed to both the Specialist Services Committee and Quality Impact initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Health Quality BC as a Health Data Analyst and at Island Health in various capacities focusing on strategic process improvement and laboratory medicine. Eric also held leadership positions such as Club President at UVic Badminton Club and gained early experience as a Junior Business Analyst at the Provincial Health Services Authority. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Science from the University of Victoria, completed in 2011.
