Carlota Arevalo possesses extensive experience in customer success, sales support, and education, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Assessor at Doctoralia since February 2019, Carlota has built a solid foundation in client relations through previous roles at ExxonMobil, where responsibilities included Sales Support Specialist and Account Receivable Analyst from September 2001 to April 2018. Prior to that, Carlota worked as a Spanish teacher at CCAA and as a Customer Service Supervisor at the Instituto Peruano de Seguridad Social, where significant contributions included implementing computerized appointment scheduling in public hospitals. Academically, Carlota holds an MBA from EBS - Estação Business School, a postgraduate degree in linguistics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, and a bachelor's degree in Human Sciences from the same institution.
