Roxana Marcu currently serves as the Clinical Director for Advanced Clinical Practice & Safeguarding at Doctor Care Anywhere since July 2023. Prior to this role, Roxana held the position of Head of Clinical Workforce Development at Totally Plc from September 2022 to August 2023. From January 2020 to September 2022, Roxana worked as a Digital Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Babylon. Roxana's extensive experience includes a series of roles at Practice Plus Group, including Clinical Lead/Advanced Clinical Practitioner at the Out of Hours GP Service, Clinical Lead at HMP/YOI Swinfen Hall, and Primary Care Team Leader. Roxana is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management at Wrexham University, building on previous educational experiences in research for health professionals and other health-related studies at De Montfort University and Coventry University.
