Vanessa Yu Ning Chia is an accomplished professional in People Operations, currently serving as a Regional People Operations Specialist at Doctor Anywhere since December 2023, where responsibilities include managing payroll across multiple countries and ensuring accurate processing. Vanessa previously held various positions, including People Lead at SOLS 24/7 Malaysia and Associate People Business Partner at SOCAR Mobility Asia, focusing on employee engagement, compensation, and process improvements. Experience also includes internships in recruitment and employer branding at BAT and Maxis, respectively, as well as early roles in sales.
