Md. Nawshar Javed has a diverse work experience in the sales and business development field. Md. Nawshar started their career as a Sales Marketing Executive at Veritas IT & Telecom Ltd. in April 2017. Later, they joined SKRP GROUP as a Sales Executive in November 2017, where they were responsible for selling Kent/Life Up Water Purifier and Life Up/NT blu-ray Electrical products in the corporate and retailer market. Md. Nawshar also handled distribution and supply chain management in the company.

In February 2020, Nawshar moved to Emkay Enterprises Limited as a Senior Executive- Business Development. During their tenure, they contributed to the company's business growth until February 2023.

Currently, they are working for DocTime since February 2023 as an Assistant Manager Corporate Sales. Md. Nawshar'smain responsibilities include planning and organizing market research, meeting with customers, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and budgeting. Md. Nawshar acknowledges the importance of having a sales team to successfully meet the sales targets.

Md. Nawshar Javed began their education in 2007 at Badda Alatunnisa Higher Secondary School, where they completed their S.S.C degree in Business Studies in 2008. Md. Nawshar then attended Dhaka Commerce College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned their H.S.C degree in Business Studies. Following this, from 2011 to 2017, they attended East West University, where they obtained their BSS degree in Economics.
