Ben Kent has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Ben currently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Doctor Care Anywhere since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Special Adviser at COURT CAVENDISH LIMITED, where they focused on investing in high-growth technology companies addressing social challenges globally. Ben also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at DocTime starting in October 2021.

In the past, Ben has worked as a Board Advisor at DeepX Health and served as a Committee Member for the Audit and Risk Committee at British Rowing. Ben has also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Doctor Care Anywhere from May 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining Doctor Care Anywhere, Ben had a range of leadership positions. Ben worked as an Experienced CFO and Board Director at Available, where they focused on strategy, transformation, culture change, and investment. Ben also worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Group Finance Director at Simplyhealth, and as the Group Director of Finance, Finance Director for International Markets, and Group Financial Controller at Bupa. Additionally, Ben held various finance roles at Associated British Foods, including Divisional Finance and Development Director in the Agriculture Division and UK Finance Director in the Agriculture Division.

Ben Kent attended the University of Oxford from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mathematics.
