Tuomo Alanko is currently the Chairman of the Executive Board at Colores - Finnish Colorectal Cancer Patient Association. Prior to this role, Tuomo was the Chief Physician (Medical oncology) at Docrates Cancer Center. Previous positions also include Medical Affairs Manager (oncology) at Astra Zeneca Marketing Company Finland and Specialist in Oncology at Helsinki University Central Hospital. Tuomo holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Helsinki.
