Kenner Medina has worked in various roles since 2014. Kenner began as a Brand Ambassador at Chitown Provison in 2015 and then moved to The Fresh Market Place as a Generalist in 2014, where they learned interpersonal skills and how to operate different grocery store departments. In 2017, they became an Account Representative at Windy City Deli Provisions, where they implemented interpersonal skills and analyzed consumer data to increase profits. In 2018, they became a Business Development Manager at Nevermsrp, where they learned prospecting and various marketing techniques. In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Trainee at re:work training and an Account Executive at Yelp. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica since 2020, and they are currently a Customer Success Manager at Docovia since 2021.

Kenner Medina attended Northeastern Illinois University from 2015 to 2016, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
