Ione Skye Llagas currently serves as the Director of Carrier Relations and Wholesale at DOCOMO PACIFIC, where responsibilities include organizing and managing corporate and CAPEX projects, coordinating cross-project activities, and leading a diverse team. Significant achievements include contributions to the DOCOMO 5G Open Lab Guam Buildout and the Tsubaki Tower Communications Network Buildout. Additionally, Ione holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Guam and possesses an MBA from the same institution, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at DOCOMO PACIFIC.
