Peggy Bejas has extensive work experience in various roles within the logistics and operations field. Peggy started their career in 2001 as a Senior Customer Services Team Member at Clerical Medical Investment Group Limited. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Customer Services Teamleader, where they managed multiple teams and markets, focusing on people management, coaching, planning, project coordination, and quality management. In 2011, they joined DocMorris as a Processanalist/Projectmanager, and later served as the Head of Order Management Operations before assuming their current role as Head of Logistics Planning & Support Projects. Peggy's experience showcases their abilities in leadership, team management, resource allocation, and project coordination.
Peggy Bejas has a diverse education history. Peggy first attended Katholiek Gymnasium Rolduc, Kerkrade from 1991 to 1997, where they completed their grammar school education. Peggy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Teacher's Education German Language from Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 2001.
In addition to their formal education, Peggy has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they completed a leadership training program at IHK Aachen. In 2007, they received certification in Lean practices from The Lean Enterprise Academy. In 2009, they completed a program in implementing sustainable change, stakeholder management, performance management & coaching, and influencing with integrity from Kleinbart Financial Services Training and Consulting.
More recently, Peggy has obtained further certifications. In 2020, they completed a Masterclass in Personal Leadership from NCOI Opleidingen. In 2021, they obtained the Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from Forsa Advies - Projectmanagement Advies & Trainingen.
