Yan Fernandes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They started their career at IBM in 2010 as an Analyst in technical support, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Conductor Tecnologia em Meios de Pagamento, initially as an Analyst in IT production, responsible for server support and administration, infrastructure monitoring, incident analysis, and application implementation in a production environment. They later progressed to the role of Senior Infrastructure Analyst in 2019, focusing on infrastructure management. Currently, Yan Fernandes is working as a Cloud Engineer at Dock, starting in 2021.

Yan Fernandes completed their Tecnólogo em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas degree in Tecnologia da Informação from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, starting in 2010 and graduating in 2013. They have also obtained several additional certifications, including:
