Dan Strabbing has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Dan started their career at HARTING as an Application Engineer from January 1996 to March 1998. Dan then worked as a Regional Sales Manager for HARTING from April 1998 to December 1999. From January 2000 to August 2007, they served as a Product Manager at TML~MFG, where they met with US-based companies and determined the best solution for their product needs.

Dan then joined KeyLimeTie, where they held multiple roles. From August 2007 to January 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer, maintaining and developing new features for KeyLimeTie's custom Content Management System. Dan also supported major client websites and built/enhanced client websites based on internal changes and customer needs. From January 2012 to October 2019, Dan worked as a Technical Project Manager at KeyLimeTie, managing resources and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects while satisfying client requests and inquiries.

Dan later joined Kensium in October 2019 as a Senior Project Manager, where they gathered requirements, created project plans, and managed multiple projects from discovery to launch. Dan developed strong client relationships through effective communication and aimed to improve customer satisfaction and retention. In November 2021, they were promoted to the role of Manager Project Management Office at Kensium, where they currently oversee the activities of project managers to ensure the delivery of projects within scope, on time, and on budget. Dan collaborates with other department leaders and focuses on meeting or exceeding PMO objectives by implementing policies, processes, and system capabilities.

Dan Strabbing attended Michigan Technological University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. In September 2019, they obtained the Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
