Jillian Countryman is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Doc B's Fresh Kitchen since August 2016, Jillian previously held the position of Service Manager at the same establishment. Prior experience includes a managerial role focused on service at J. Alexander's Restaurants from May 2013 to August 2016, as well as bar management. Earlier in their career, Jillian worked as a server at 310 Park South and as an Administrative Assistant at J. Alexander's Restaurants. Jillian holds a degree in Digital Film and Television Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, completed between 2002 and 2005.
