Maria Chandler serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Dobbs Truck Group since April 2024. Previously, Maria held the role of Director of Human Resources at Rush Enterprises, Inc. from February 2016 to April 2021, and also worked as a Senior HR Manager there. Maria's experience includes a position as a Senior HR Generalist at Rackspace from September 2015 to February 2016, and multiple roles at Rush Enterprises, Inc. starting from 2010, including Human Resources Business Partner, Employee Relations Manager, and HR Administrative Manager. Earlier in career, Maria worked as an HR Generalist at Lake City Trucks from January 2006 to June 2010. Maria Chandler earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2009.
