Rita Soares is a seasoned professional in psychology with extensive experience in independent psychological services since February 2017, focusing on assessment, psychological intervention, individual therapy, couple therapy, sexual therapy, follow-up, and mental health prevention strategies. In addition to clinical practice, Rita serves as a trainer at IEFP and Do It Better - Centro de Formação Profissional, specializing in various courses related to child mental health, social intervention, and emotional intelligence. Previous roles include clinical psychologist at Associação Centro Social do Sagrado Coração de Maria and a volunteer position at Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro.
