The Operations team at Do it Best Corp. is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all logistical, support, and project-based activities within the company. This includes overseeing inventory and order management (Inbound and Outbound Operations Managers), improving warehouse management systems (WMS Implementation and Optimization Manager), and driving process improvements and organizational change (Organizational Change Manager). The team also handles customer service interactions (Cashier Customer Service), project portfolio management (Project Managers and Scrum Masters), and store-level operations (Store Operations Manager and Department Manager) to maintain operational excellence and support member-owned locations.
