Steven Coull is an experienced structural engineer with a robust background in the offshore oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Team Lead for Fixed and Floating Structures at DNV since November 2017, Steven has previously held roles including Structural Integrity Asset Leader at DNV GL from March 2013 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing structural integrity of offshore structures. Prior to this, Steven gained extensive experience at various firms, including WorleyParsons as AIS Consultant and Clerkmaxwell as Structural Skills Group Manager, overseeing structural integrity management and design activities. Earlier experience includes positions at Atkins and AMEC, focusing on structural analysis and software development for fixed and floating offshore structures. Steven began the career as a Graduate Structural Engineer at Aker Kvaerner and started in structural draughting at Gemmell Hammond and Partners. Steven earned a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Abertay University and an HNC in Computer Studies from Angus Technical College.
