Prafull Kapgate is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Team Lead for Record to Report (R2R) and intercompany operations at DNV since February 2021, overseeing operations across multiple regions including the Middle East, Africa, and North America. Prafull manages a team of accountants, focusing on performance management and career development while ensuring collaboration with various stakeholders. Prior to DNV, Prafull held the position of Associate Team Leader at Deutsche Bank from June 2014 to January 2021, and served as Lead Associate in Regulatory Reporting at SunGard from March 2011 to June 2014, where responsibilities included XBRL tagging and regulatory financial reporting. Prafull holds an MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
