Brit Edvardsen has extensive experience in finance and consultancy, primarily with DNV since 1991, where responsibilities have included supporting accounting processes, audit, and statutory reporting. In recent roles at DNV, Brit served as a retired consultant and held various notable positions such as Acting Regional Manager GSS Finance Nordic, Chief Accountant for Norway and Denmark, and Project Manager for the Global Shared Services Finance post-merger. Prior to that, roles included Regional Project Manager for Global Shared Services in the Middle East, India, and Africa, as well as Business Support Manager and Regional Business Controller positions. Brit Edvardsen earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School between 1977 and 1988.
