Katharyne Andrade currently serves as an HR Analyst at dnata since August 2024. Prior to this role, Katharyne worked at Procenge for a decade, holding various positions including Analista de Gestão de Pessoas and Analista de Departamento Pessoal. Responsibilities included managing recruitment and selection processes, onboarding and offboarding, benefits management, and health and wellness programs. Katharyne also has experience in educational development, having contributed to internal corporate university initiatives. Previous roles include administrative support at the Associação dos Oficiais de Justiça Avaliadores Federais de Pernambuco and Correios. Katharyne holds a Lato Sensu MBA in People Management, Innovation, and Leadership from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco, along with a degree in Business Administration from UNINASSAU.
