Samantha Gbenla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Samantha started their career as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at KINGSWAY GROUP in 2014. Samantha then worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's from 2015 to 2017, where they focused on organizing food disposals, managing stock rotation, and responding to customer inquiries.

In 2018, Samantha joined Care UK as a Personal Care Assistant, providing medical and personal care to residents, engaging them in discussions about mental and physical well-being, and implementing measures to meet their individual needs.

From 2019 to the present, Samantha has been employed at DNANUDGE. Samantha started as a Customer Service Specialist (Nutrition), leading the customer journey on wearable tech and nutrition and training new colleagues on company standards. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, they took on the role of DnaNudge Hospital Support Expert, overseeing the operation of Nudge Boxes, providing training to workers, and ensuring quality assurance for rapid testing cartridges. In 2021, they were promoted to Scientific Supervisor, offering technical and scientific support to customers and colleagues and educating them about DnaNudge products and services. As of 2022, they hold the position of Customer Service Technician at DNANUDGE.

Samantha Gbenla completed their education, starting in 2015, at the University of Roehampton. Samantha obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General in 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further academic achievements at the same institution, earning a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist from 2018 to 2020.
