Melissa Jayne Purdy is an experienced program manager currently working at DNAnexus since October 2022 and serving as a voluntary board trustee for Mary Platt Preschool since June 2024. Previously, Melissa held various roles at Labcorp Drug Development from July 2016 until October 2022, where responsibilities included customer success management during the acquisition of Envigo CRS Limited, regional leadership for the Women's Empowerment Network across the UK, Europe, and India, and study management within pharmaceutical projects. Earlier experience includes roles as a development scientist and QC analyst at Quotient Clinical Ltd, as well as forensic scientist positions specializing in drugs and toxicology at Key Forensic Services Ltd. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science and Biology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, earned in 2013.
